Two high-protein meals every week, cooked in a Portland kitchen and in your hands within forty-eight hours. Never frozen, never boring.

Mine is built to be craved.
Green curry, shawarma, bibimbap, honey chipotle chicken, bolognese, barbecue. I cook two things a week and hand them to people who live nearby, which means I'm not designing around a shipping label. I'm cooking what I'd want to eat on a weekday.
Pickup and residential delivery are Sunday only. Office deliveries are Monday only. Worth knowing up front, in case that doesn't line up with your week.
Containers included. Extra protein is optional and priced per meal, so you can add it to as many or as few as you want. Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, due Friday at noon.
Times and locations arranged in advance.
Two options a week. The rotation keeps moving.
Usually chicken, pork, or lean ground beef, with the occasional feature meal. Everything is portioned by weight, so the container you pick up Sunday holds the same thing as the one your coworker gets Monday. The menu lands Thursday and you decide how many you want — three minimum, no maximum.
Ten years of bartending, managing and lead cooking taught me what I actually wanted, which was to cook food I picked, without someone else's menu telling me what to make.
So that's what this is. Two options a week, cooked in one long Saturday. I plan it, shop for it, cook it and drive it. Nobody else touches your food.
That's the whole point. Small batches, made by one person who cares how it turns out, not a production line optimizing for shelf life.
Menus go out Thursday. You'll get the week's two options with zero obligation to order anything.
